Brief itinerary of Annapurna Circuit trek

Ever since 1977, after Annapurna Circuit trek was made open for foreign trekkers, it has been a greatly preferred and spectacular destination for many travelers and trekkers trekking in Nepal. The trek is an adventurous compilation of several ascents and descents through traditional villages, indigenous customs and cultures, monasteries and shrines, splendid green valley, lustrous mountain panorama, flora and fauna. Basically, the Annapurna Circuit trek consumes maximum of 21 days in overall striding from less than 1000m altitude. Below given is a brief itinerary of Annapurna Circuit trek that will help you to understand how the trekking goes for 21 days long.
Similar to most of the high altitude trekking itinerary, the initial commencing point of trekking is the capital city of Nepal, Kathmandu. As soon as you land on Tribhuwan International Airport, your specified trekking agency will take the responsibility to escort you to one of the hotels in Kathmandu on the very first day.
The next day, you will be getting involved in pre-trip meeting, preparing necessary documents and stuffs for the trek and sightseeing around the world heritage sites (Bouddhanath, Swoyambhunath, Pashupatinath and Bhaktapur Durbar Square) located in Kathmandu.
Leaving off to Syange through the trail of Besi Sahar, on the third day, you will get scenic perks of beautiful landscapes, waterfalls, lush green valley, rivers and many more during the ride of approximately 8 hours by private jeep.
On the fourth day, you will be trekking to Tal from Syange following the trail of beautiful Marshyangdi River. With slight ascends, you will come across mesmerizing waterfalls on your way.

Annapurna Panorama Trek


On the fifth day, striding with the pleasant views of Annapuna II, Pisang peak, waterfalls and indigenous rural villages, you will be trekking towards Danaque.
From there, on the sixth day, you will be heading towards Chame, a beautiful small village termed as headquarter of Manang district.
On the seventh day, you will be heading off to upper Pisang. On the way, you will travel across dense forest, Marshyangdi River and also get to see beautiful panoramic views of meadow land and Himalayan ranges.
On the eighth day, striding with the very first ray of the sun over Annapurna II, your trekking will continue towards Ngawal, where you will get to witness many high-altitude flora and fauna along with beautiful gorges, Annapurna I & II and Pisang peak.

On the ninth day, your trek commences from Ngawal to Manang, a village well-enriched with peculiar landscapes, beautiful monasteries/ shrines and some lama schools.
